At StagX, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, since we operate as a reseller, our return and refund terms are limited and strictly follow the policies of our suppliers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Return & Refund terms.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

✔ Product received in damaged or defective condition
✔ Wrong size compared to what was ordered
✔ Major colour difference from product description
✔ Design/look mismatch from what was displayed/purchased

No return will be accepted for preference-based reasons such as personal liking, style change, minor shade variations, etc.

2. Return Procedure

  1. The customer must inform us about the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video).

  2. Once reviewed and approved, the product must be personally shipped back to our official return address by the customer.

  3. Return shipping/transport cost is the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

  4. Product must be returned in unused, original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Any product returned without proper condition or proof may be rejected.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in limited scenarios, as mentioned below:

Refund is approved if:

✔ Product is not delivered within 30 working days of order date
✔ Product is delivered damaged, and return is requested as per policy

Refund is NOT available for:

✘ Customer changing mind after ordering
✘ Dissatisfaction due to fitting preference or looks
✘ Delay due to courier or logistics after dispatch
✘ Products rejected due to improper return condition

Refund Process

  1. Once the product return is approved and received,

  2. Verification will be completed within 7-10 working days,

  3. Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 working days after verification.

Total estimated processing time can take up to 15 working days after product receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Following products cannot be returned under any condition:

  • Used or damaged by customer

  • Products without original packaging or missing items

  • Hygiene related items (if listed in the future)

  • Items bought during clearance/discount sales (if specified later)

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer must ship the product back to our return address at their own cost and effort.

  • StagX is not liable for any return shipment loss or damage in transit.

    1. We are not responsible with any product exchange in-between of transit or transport. It is receivers/ purchaser responsibility to check the order at the time of accepting it. pay only after checking your order completely in COD and in case of Pre-payments it is receivers/ purchaser responsibility to completely check the product at the time of receiving it and re-handle/ give it back to the shipping person. we are not responsible for any refund in case of different product due to in transit or transport exchange due to delivery partner or any associated person with delivery partner. Fully responsibility of the receiver to check it at the time of product receiving. 

Dispute & Resolution

All concerns will be handled through mutual conversation only, without third-party/legal involvement. We aim to resolve every concern transparently and fairly.

Please check the product/parcel at the time of taking it from the delivery agent/partner. It is clearly not our responsibility if you accept the product from delivery partner, once the product is accepted we are not liable or responsible for the product damage, change or anything related with products. It is taker/acceptor responsibility to check the product and only then accept it, once it is accepted then it is not our responsibility in any condition whether it is paid or on COD. Totally deliver person responsibility or receiver/ taker/acceptor responsibility for the product. We only responsible if product is not accepted by the receiver/taker/acceptor. Once accepted it is totally deliver partner/ agent responsibility or taker/acceptor/receiver responsibility of the product.
