    • Local suppliers & retail store owners

  2. All products are provided/manufactured by suppliers, and StagX or Indlead holds no responsibility for product manufacturing, quality, originality, packaging, warranty, or claims related to them.

  3. StagX operates purely as a reselling business, and we never claim to be an authorized seller of any listed brand. All brand names/images belong to their respective owners.

2. User Consent

  1. Any visitor or customer accessing our website is considered to have read, agreed and accepted all terms and conditions mentioned here.

  2. Users are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and purchases made through StagX.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Products are delivered within 30 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  2. Delivery timelines may vary based on supplier dispatch, logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

  3. StagX is not responsible for shipping delays, courier issues, product damage in transit, loss, or any unexpected delivery-related matters.

  4. We are not responsible with any product exchange in-between of transit or transport. It is receivers/ purchaser responsibility to check the order at the time of accepting it. pay only after checking your order completely in COD and in case of Pre-payments it is receivers/ purchaser responsibility to completely check the product at the time of receiving it and re-handle/ give it back to the shipping person. we are not responsible for any refund in case of different product due to in transit or transport exchange due to delivery partner or any associated person with delivery partner. Fully responsibility of the receiver to check it at the time of product receiving. 

4. Liability Disclaimer

  1. StagX and Indlead shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product purchase, usage, delivery, or website interaction.

  2. We take no responsibility under any circumstance related to product quality, brand authenticity, size mismatch, defects, or customer expectations.

  3. All product concerns, complaints, returns, or disputes will be resolved privately through mutual conversation only, without involvement of courts, legal authorities, or third-party intermediaries.

  4. Please check the product/parcel at the time of taking it from the delivery agent/partner. It is clearly not our responsibility if you accept the product from delivery partner, once the product is accepted we are not liable or responsible for the product damage, change or anything related with products. It is taker/acceptor responsibility to check the product and only then accept it, once it is accepted then it is not our responsibility in any condition whether it is paid or on COD. Totally deliver person responsibility or receiver/ taker/acceptor responsibility for the product. We only responsible if product is not accepted by the receiver/taker/acceptor. Once accepted it is totally deliver partner/ agent responsibility or taker/acceptor/receiver responsibility of the product.

  3. We operate only as a reseller based on supplier connections.
